COVID Policies
Le Visage ENT & Facial Plastic Surgery LLC , Patient Restrictions
For the safety of our patients and staff, and to lower their likelihood of exposure to COVID-19,
• If a patient/visitor has a fever greater than 100.0
• Have a cough or Flu-Like Symptoms
• Have traveled internationally within the last 14 days
Loss of taste or smell, sore throat,
GI symptoms diarrhea,vomiting
• Have been in contact with someone with a confirmed Covid-19 infection
Patient/Visitors that fall into these guidelines are not to enter our office will not be seen.
These patients/visitors should contact their primary care physician. If you have an ENT
related issue, please call our office and leave a message.

VISITOR POLICIES
1. NO visitors or patients will be allowed who have COVID 19 or symptoms (including fever ,cough , fatigue ) associated and will be asked to reschedule there appointment until symptoms resolve. We ask that you wear a mask if you are uncertain .
2. NO visitors will be allowed in the waiting room or exam room with patients unless
needed for assistance. Come by yourself and/or have your visitor wait in your car.
3. Minors age 15 and up who are patients are to be brought to the office with ONE adult only.

Todas las oficinas de práctica de Dr. Taylor seguirán estas pautas restringiendo a los
pacientes/visitantes en sus ubicaciones:
• Si un paciente/visitante tiene una fiebre mas que 100.0
• Tiene tos o síntomas similares a las de la gripe
• Haber viajado internacionalmente en los últimos 14 días
• Haber estado en contacto con alguien con una infección confirmada de Covid-19
Los pacientes/visitantes que entren en estas pautas no deben entrar en nuestra oficina y no
serán vistos. Estos pacientes/visitantes deben ponerse en contacto con su médico de
atención primaria. Si tiene problema relacionado con otorhino, por favor llame a nuestra
oficina y deje un mensaje.

POLÍTICAS DE VISITANTES
NO se permitirá entrada a la oficina visitantes (no pacientes) menores de 18 años.
NO se permitirá a ningún visitante en la sala de espera o en la sala de exámenes con los
pacientes salvo si sea necesario para asistencia. Venga solo y/o pida a su visitante esperar en
su coche.
Los niños que son pacientes deben ser llevados a la oficina con UN adulto solamente.
